Ramon Molina's experience and representations have enabled him to develop a strong foundation in a wide variety of real estate legal matters. These matters include all aspects of eminent domain and real estate litigation, and also negotiating, drafting, and managing easement agreements and contracts.

Litigation Experience
Mr. Molina's knowledge and professional background provide him with the necessary skills for handling virtually any type of legal matter related to condemnation and/or real estate litigation. Mr. Molina regularly represents and counsels both condemning authorities and landowners on issues ranging from ensuring possession of all appropriate properties by a condemning authority to maximizing the value of a landowner’s property to obtain just compensation.

Mr. Molina also has experience in a wide variety of real estate disputes, including determining easement rights, real estate development lawsuits, prescriptive or dedicated easement rights, vested rights litigation, and lease and easement disputes.

Acquisition Matters
In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Molina has represented clients in all aspects of the real estate acquisition process. This includes reviewing title, drafting and negotiating easements and leases, and participating in all aspects of acquiring ownership through condemnation. Mr. Molina has taken an active and lead role in acquiring rights to easements and leases for several major pipelines in the Eagle Ford area, and has participated in acquiring ownership for condemning authorities for at least 10 major projects. Mr. Molina represents several pipeline companies, major utility companies, counties, landowners, and other entities with real estate related legal needs.

Mr. Molina practices in both Texas state court and federal court.
