Tim Poll

ATTORNEY

Tim Poll primarily represents governmental entities, common carriers, gas utilities and water districts in real estate acquisition and condemnation proceedings. As part of this representation, Mr. Poll assists clients in general civil litigation, easement negotiations, and in all matters related to eminent domain. His latest endeavors include representation of gas utility pipelines and water pipelines through their real estate acquisition and condemnation proceedings in Central and South Texas.

Mr. Poll also represents select landowners in eminent domain proceedings primarily against the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). This representation includes pre-suit negotiations, special commissioner hearings, and subsequent litigation. His clients range from individual landowners, schools, and business owners across the state of Texas. Some examples of the various issues addressed in his representation include issues related loss of access, costs related to movement of improvements, relocation, and general valuation issues.
