Allison K. Surginer represents common carriers, gas and water utilities, and governmental entities in various litigation matters, including real estate acquisitions and condemnation proceedings.

During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Surginer spent her time collaborating with small business owners and entrepreneurs in the San Antonio area to develop creative solutions to a broad range of business development issues. Before entering law school, Ms. Surginer spent more than a year clerking for the 36th, 156th, and 343rd Judicial District Courts of Texas in the counties of Aransas, Bee, Live Oak, McMullen and San Patricio.
