Scott Walther has experience assisting clients with the administrative and litigation phases of eminent domain proceedings and general litigation. Prior to joining Ross Molina Oliveros, Mr. Walther worked at one of the largest personal injury law firms in Texas. While there, Scott learned how to effectively prosecute and pursue lawsuits in Texas courts.

In his free time, Mr. Walther enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with friends and family, and hiking in national parks.
