John Oliveros

PARTNER/ATTORNEY

John Oliveros assists clients in matters related to condemnation and eminent domain litigation and land acquisition. Mr. Oliveros has experience overseeing easement acquisition projects for rights related to oil and gas pipelines, water pipelines, electric transmission and distribution lines, and other related assets. Mr. Oliveros has worked with clients in acquiring thousands of miles of right-of-way in Texas and other states. Mr. Oliveros has appeared before special commissioners and courts throughout the State of Texas for matters related to eminent domain.

John Oliveros has been with RMO since 2010. Mr. Oliveros is marred to his beautiful wife, Jessie, and together they have 5 children (one boy and four girls).
