John Oliveros assists clients in matters related to general civil litigation and easement negotiations. His practice focuses on eminent domain, tort, prison-related defense in Section 1983 and Bivens civil rights matters. Mr. Oliveros has experience in drafting and negotiating easements and other acquisition documents. Mr. Oliveros also has experience in drafting pleadings and appellate briefs.
John Oliveros is currently heading the RMO Midland office.
