Patrick J. Oegerle, a native of Uvalde, Texas, has practiced law in South Texas since 2003. His practice currently focuses on eminent domain transactions and litigation, but he has considerable experience in negotiating oil and gas leases and related contracts, oil and gas royalty and title issues, mineral and royalty deed interpretation lawsuits, real estate transactions, banking, bankruptcy, foreclosures, mechanic’s liens, and collections.
