Jack Ross has substantial litigation experience and he has tried numerous lawsuits to a judge or jury. He began his career and spent many years defending companies and individuals against a wide variety of tort and malpractice claims. Mr. Ross now focuses on matters related to eminent domain and civil litigation. His projects for pipeline companies and electrical line companies have taken him all over the State of Texas.

With more than two decades of experience handling right-of-way and condemnation cases, Mr. Ross is sought after for his experience on the eminent domain process and how best to handle cases for both condemning authority clients and landowner clients. Mr. Ross has represented public and private utility and pipeline companies in condemning land for various major projects, as well as condemnors and condemnees in roadway takings and other public improvement projects. His knowledge and experience enable him to handle any type of condemnation case and most civil litigation matters. Mr. Ross is called upon frequently to speak about condemnation and right-of-way issues at educational seminars and related industry meetings.
